1. OVERVIEW

This Scope of Work outlines the professional services provided by SJP in relation to the assessment, management, and attempted resolution of Vietnam entry bans and blacklist restrictions affecting foreign nationals (“Clients”).

These services apply to all types of entry bans, including but not limited to:

      • Immigration overstay bans (short-term and long-term)
      • Administrative bans issued by Vietnamese authorities
      • Blacklist flags arising from compliance or reporting issues
      • Cases involving police interaction or investigation
      • Complex or escalated cases involving the Ministry of Public Security

SJP operates on a case-by-case basis, and acceptance of any matter indicates that the case has been assessed as having a credible pathway toward resolution.


2. ROLE OF SJP CONSULTANCY

SJP acts as a professional advisory and representation firm, specialising in complex immigration and administrative matters within Vietnam.

The engagement includes:

      • Strategic case assessment
      • Preparation and submission of formal petitions
      • Direct liaison with Vietnamese authorities
      • On-ground representation and follow-up
      • Ongoing case management and advisory

3. DIRECT INVOLVEMENT OF MANAGING PARTNER

All blacklist and entry ban matters are personally overseen by Managing Partner, Simon J Price.

Simon brings:

      • Extensive experience handling complex immigration and blacklist cases
      • A deep understanding of Vietnamese administrative procedures

5.3 Documentation & Submission

      • Translation and formatting in accordance with Vietnamese standards
      • Submission to the appropriate authorities

      • Direct liaison with Immigration, Police, and the Ministry of Public Security
      • Ongoing follow-up and escalation where appropriate
      • Representation under Power of Attorney where required

6. SCOPE OF SERVICES

Services may include, but are not limited to:

      • Entry ban and blacklist assessment

      • Liaison with government authorities
      • Police engagement (including provincial matters)
      • On-ground representation within Vietnam
      • Visa and re-entry advisory
      • Ongoing case management

7. PROFESSIONAL POSITIONING

8. NO GUARANTEE OF OUTCOME

All Clients must acknowledge that:

      • SJP provides professional services only
      • No guarantees are made regarding the lifting of entry bans or blacklist removal
      • All decisions are made solely by the Ministry of Public Security and relevant authorities

9. CASE ACCEPTANCE

SJP does not accept all cases.

Where a case is accepted:

      • It has been assessed as having a reasonable and realistic pathway forward
      • There is a genuine opportunity to present the matter effectively
      • The Client is willing to cooperate fully and provide all required information

Acceptance of a case should be understood as an indication that there is a credible chance of progress, though not a guarantee of outcome.


10. COMMENCEMENT

Services will commence only upon:

      • Formal engagement by the Client
      • Provision of required documentation
      • Payment of the agreed professional fees

11. CONCLUSION
